    Really solid information that cleared up some misunderstandings I had around determining energy in, energy out, BMI etc. This webinar helped me understand why diets that I have followed in the past were not helpful! As I was watching I could feel my anxiety go down because I realized a healthy lifestyle is doable rather than some unrealistic diet or rule bound way of eating.

    Loved it! Have previously lost a heap of weight and then experienced the rebound and regaining of all that weight and more and this webinar made me realise I had gone about it completely the wrong way. I work in the health field myself and have a good understanding of the exercise side of things so exercise has never been my problem but food and consistency with my nutrition has been a constant battle.     Excellent webinar with understandable and applicable literature (scientific evidence) shared throughout. Leanne puts the tried and tested principles into a practical, easy to follow way to understand and apply to a variety of lifestyles with the end goal being fat loss. The section on calculations is a bit tricky to understand, but if you slow it down and get your mind around each part it is easier to follow and very applicable to everyday life. Would recommend and will definitely rewatch!

    Such a great webinar! I was a bit hesitant at the beginning whether I should attend it because I am not currently losing any weight, but I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to understand the basics of how your body works. Also, it is great for vegans/vegetarians. There was no dedicated plant-based info in the presentation but lots of people asked about it in the Q&A 🙂
    Please don’t make the webinar shorter next time you run it! I’d personally pay a bit more for the extra time than have a shorter presentation. Everything was super helpful!

    I cannot recommend this enough. I was always the fat kid in primary school and at the beginning of high school and I wish that I had this resource when I started my health journey. Sure we get taught about the food pyramid and that sweet things should be the smallest thing you consume but to have something like this would’ve been so beneficial. I wish that I had been able to have access to this or have someone explain this to me when I really needed it. Whilst I think 3 hours is maybe a little too long, it doesn’t drag, I didn’t tune out or become bored, I was engaged, so interested and taking constant notes the entire time.
    I cannot thank Leanne enough for this resource and it only helps me confirm within myself that I want to go into the nutrition industry myself.

    Leanne thank you for another amazing webinar! I always learn something new with your webinars – even after working 1:1 with sports dieititians in the past and studying nutrition for 2 1/2 years. I really like the way you explain things. It is so important that people realise losing weight is not an exact or easy science and that healing their relationship with food is most important. Secondly, working with a coach or dietitian is essential if they feel overwhelmed of where to start.
