This weekly meal planner is an essential for the health conscious meal prepper.
It is designed by Australian Dietitian and Nutritionist, Leanne Ward, the Founder of Lean Green Living (@the_fitness_dietitian on Instagram).
The planner is nice and big (A4 sized) and has 52 sheets so it will last you the entire year. It also has a magnetic back so you can stick it front and centre right on the fridge.
There is a section for planning breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for each day of the week and you can tick off your 8 glasses of water a day so that you’re always hydrated.
Finally, there is an entire section to plan out your shopping list for the week ahead and also a section to help you reduce food waste which in turn, helps the planet.
