My famous overnight oats are a quick and easy breakfast option that can save you some precious minutes in the morning. Just spend 5 minutes prepping the night before and you’ll never need to skip breakfast!
- The recipe works best with rolled oats (not instant or quick oats)
- You can add an additional 1/2 scoop vanilla/natural protein powder if you do a lot of weight training or are looking to increase the protein in your diet
- You can use any type of milk you please or any type of nut butter you please (eg. peanut butter, almond butter)
- I usually eat them cold from the fridge but you can also heat them up if you prefer

I gradually put on weight … I like to be a size 10 but probably a 12 now and heading upwards.
I do watch what I eat and drink but yoyo dieting has been my life.
I work full time, I look after my mother, I have a husband who is unemployed so spend a lot of time looking for work for him plus I spend up to 3 hrs a day traveling to and from work. It is difficult for me to find time to exercise but I do my best.
I saw you on tv this morning and have joined your website. I hope that your tips can help me loose weight and keep it off once and for all.
Enjoy your day
Janet
